【Submission requirements】

1. The submission content must be related to the game "Ninja Must Die". No other game content is allowed.

2. You must submit your own work. If you use any third party's content in your work, you need to obtain their permission in advance.

3. There is no limit to the number of submissions from the same YouTube account, but an account can only win one prize

4. The works must be submitted for the first time after 2023.6.14. Previously published video content will not be eligible for this competition.

5. If your video has two or more creators, please use the YouTube account from one of yours to submit the video. Please avoid the situation where many people submit the same video.

6. Players are not allowed to copy, steal or use other people's work or material content. Impersonation of others is prohibited. If a player infringes, the player is responsible for the infringement and we are not responsible for this. If we find that a submission is inappropriate/illegal, the player will be disqualified from the competition and if the player wins any prizes in the competition, the corresponding prizes will be cancelled.

7. Without the consent of the official, participants are not allowed to use their artwork for commercial purposes, grant the artwork to any third party, or use the artwork to participate in other events that are the same or similar to this event.

8. Video content must not include: (i) sales, promotional, advertising or other content for profit; (ii) excessively violent expressions, sexually expressions; (iii) expressions that discriminate on the basis of human rights, nationality, beliefs, gender, social status, etc.; (iv) politics, including religious or specific beliefs; (v) negative content related to Ninjas Must Die.

【Notes on Election/Rewards Distribution】

1. There is no limit to the number of submissions, but only one submission per participant will be awarded in the end. Any submissions that do not meet the participation requirements, violate the rules or are found to be inappropriate will not be awarded.

2. When your video work has 2 or more creators, only the account that posted it will be awarded, so please decide which account will win the rewards in advance.

3. After the event, the final results will be published on the official social media platform. The winning email will be sent to the winners’s emails within 5 working days after the results announcement. Winners should follow the instructions in the email to reply to the email within the specified time. The rewards will be invalid if it's overdue.

4. If a player wins a cash prize, the winner will be contacted via email. We will make the remittance within 60 days of receiving the relevant necessary information. If a player wins an in-game prize, we will distribute it via in-game mailbox.

5. Prizes will be converted based on the exchange rate at the end of the competition and the actual final amount due may vary between the amounts mentioned above, depending on exchange rates, fees, etc.

6. The right to be elected is restricted to the participant and can not be transferred to others. Winning works must be retained for a minimum of 6 months after results announcement.

【Other Notes】

1. Participants who are under 18 years old must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in the competition and follow the competition rules of the official.

2. It is forbidden to participate in the event on behalf of others, maliciously attack other participants, trading and other actions that undermine the principle of competition fairness.

3. Once a video has been submitted, then by default the official has the right to make fair use of the video, including but not limited to freely editing the video, using it in official social media channels, PR scripts, in-game, advertising promotions, etc. without compensation. Please be aware that if we directly promote the submitted video, it may affect the participant's revenue from the creation of this video.

5. PANDADA GAMES maintains the right of Interpretation to the event.

1. The participants need to live on Twitch or Youtube. Please save the relevant live-stream clips for at least 14 days for subsequent review.

2.No recording will be made if the time of a single live broadcast is less than 1 hour. If it is more than 1 hour and less than 2 hours, it will be recorded as 1 hour. That is, the whole number of hours will be rounded down.

3. Participants need to ensure that the information filled in is accurate and valid at all times. If any dispute (e.g. the giveaway fails) arises due to personal mistakes, the consequence will be considered as the participant's responsibility.

4. The streamer will be immediately disqualified in the following circumstances: if streaming is found on black screens, the screen is off, streaming content is of poor quality, use of a third-party account, dissemination of unethical or illegal content or comments, etc. The Pandada Games staff team reserves the right to demand further accountability.

5. Under the premise of ensuring the fairness and integrity of the contest, Pandada Games staff team has the right to revise, change or supplement this regulation, etc.

7. All participants will be deemed to understand and abide by the above rules.

1. All guides should be self-created and published.

2. Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate and valid at all times. Any disputes arising from personal errors (e.g. Fail to get the rewards) will be considered personal responsibility.

3. There is no reward if the guide is too short or without much substantive content. If there is more than one excellent game guide, the reward will be stacked.

4. By submitting the guide, the creator agrees to allow Pandada Games the right to use the game guide in the official Ninja Must Die content or on Ninja Must Die social platform. The authorship of the game guide remains with the creator.

5. This event does not allow any form of fake participation or personal trading between players. Once found, the participants will be immediately disqualified and the personnel involved will be permanently disqualified from participating in official events.

6. Under the premise of ensuring the fairness and integrity of the event, the Pandada Games team keeps the right to amend, change or add binding instructions to these rules, etc.
